In January 2007 Elder Charles and Rev. Georgetta Head founded Journey Through Life Ministries (JTLM). This is an outreach ministry with Elder Charles as President and Rev. Georgetta serving as Vice President.
Elder Charles accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at the age of 21 after attending a Kathryn Kuhlman Meeting. He served faithfully for 35 years at Gospelite Outreach Ministry as a Board Member for 15 years and 9 years as Vice President of the Ministry. In 2003 Elder Charles answered the call by God to serve for the Lord as an Evangelistic Preacher and Teacher. He became licensed and ordained in 2005 under the leadership of Pastor Dwain McGee. Elder Charles currently facilitates a monthly men’s meeting, a weekly Bible Study, writes a weekly devotional “Life Messages”, and preaches at conferences and churches as lead by Holy Spirit. Rev. Georgetta accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior at the age of 24 while attending an Evangelistic Crusade. Since that time Rev. Georgetta has been active in women’s ministry, children’s ministry, prison ministry and teaching ministry. In 2003 Rev. Georgetta answered the call by God to start a Women’s Ministry. She became a licensed minister under the leadership of Pastor Dwain McGee in 2005. In 2008 Rev. Georgetta enrolled at Greater Works Bible School and was licensed in 2012 and ordained in 2013. Rev. Georgetta developed a Children’s Bible Bee; Shoe Boxes for Seniors Program; Annual Tea Party & Awards Celebration; and Health Awareness events. She currently writes teaching curriculum for JTLM’s Quarterly Discipleship Workshops, teaches at a Bible School, and teaches/preaches at conferences and churches as lead by Holy Spirit. Elder Charles and Rev. Georgetta both love teaching and ministering to individuals the love of God and the freedom found only in Jesus Christ. Their desires is for men and women to become saved and to grow in the Lord, living the life He intended for them to live - FREE IN CHRIST JESUS! |
